I am a National Licensed Massage Therapist (MA#37360) residing in Florida since 2002. I turned my life and career around after the Sept 11, 2001 tragedy; which at the time I lived in the state of New York approximately 60 miles North of Manhattan. At the time I was an Office Manager who was a single mother. That day was a turning point for me once again in my life journey. I lost a friend of mine who was a NY Firefighter and was helping others when he lost his life in that tragedy and I wanted to live a life of deep conviction and dedication to being able to heal others. It seems that whatever I did in life the objective must have meaning and a noble foundation regardless of the task and certainly have to have a purpose.
So i set forth on my journey and enrolled in Massage School in the state of Florida where my parents were living. I wanted to heal body and soul in a very innovative and unconventional way. I wanted to be a pioneer and started studying and working with the 5 Elements of Life; Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Spirit.
This venture of working with the elements and nature was always dear to me but it was not until I had the opportunity of working on a Shaman at the end of his life (I work for a local Hospice providing Massage Therapy to patients) that his Spirit showed me he was very connected to “Mother Earth” and was passing the torch to me to continue to work with her. During that session with the Shaman i was taken on a journey to see “Mother Earth” as she is feeling emotionally. On a physical plane she was gray; tired and weak and in need for us to provide her with the love, nurturing qualities she gives us and to celebrate the abundance of the seasons and harvests she provides us. It was after that experience i began my next journey of life. My unique work with the elements and nature are integrated into my healing work.

Healing Thru Bodywork is my Holistic massage practice which incorporates a variety of massage techniques to provide a complete range of natural healing solutions to bring your mind and body into balance. Nature’s Cycles incorporates all of my holistic educational workshops that focus on inner personal growth to promote healing. I love to teach and provide continuing education to Licensed Massage Therapist and the general public on meditation, reiki and aromatherapy and “Nature Based Programs” that include working with the “5 Elements of Life”; elements of Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Spirit. I have found this newest venture very helpful in my own life and having a better understanding of my patients.
